To treat security as a holistic posture: cyber, emergency management, physical security, and intelligence (open-source threat analysis for preparedness), equipping individuals, communities, and their command structures with planning expertise, assessment tools, and validated exercises.

Projects
Exercises · active
Design, planning-conference participation, and delivery of tabletop and live-environment cyber exercises. Our target flagship is a planning role in Cyber Yankee, a regional preparedness exercise, where our participation in the planning conferences is under way.
Personal Digital Footprint · chartered
A toolkit for seeing the digital footprint you leave day to day, and making it smaller, with mitigation steps that run from easy to thorough. It includes the security self-assessment tool and a vetted tool clearinghouse.
Operational Planning & Preparedness · chartered
Supporting command and staff through exercise planning and emergency-management preparedness cycles, including an emergency preparedness and response guide built from scenario-based plans.
Chartered projects are approved by the board and start when a project lead is appointed.
One directory
Security maintains VTP’s professional directory: a verified registry of security-proficient people and organizations available for engagement and community response. The same directory serves Career’s alumni roster and CyberHERo’s leadership directory, so there is one list and one maintainer.

The self-assessment tool and the preparedness guide are still being built, and we would rather say so than present the whole thing as finished.
