Policy — Framework & Accountability
- Mutual Commitment Agreement: Formalizes expectations, such as candidates dedicating 5–10 hours per week to study and mentors committing to bi-weekly check-ins.
- Structured Roadmap: A recommended 6-month timeline covering milestones from the initial kickoff to practice exams and post-certification debriefs.
- Voluntary & Conditional Participation: Ensures participation remains voluntary while establishing clear grounds for "dismissal for cause" (e.g., ethical violations or prolonged lack of progress).
- Alumni & Mentor Pipeline: Graduates who successfully complete their certification are eligible to join advanced programs or apply to become VTP mentors themselves.
